Ka10 Square Hotel & Banquets - Jaipur

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel. the location was perfect, situated in the main market and close to various tourist attractions. Secondly, the staff's behavior was exceptional, always going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They even prepared a special drink for us upon request. Additionally, the rooms were well-maintained and had all the necessary facilities. it was a great value for money and the breakfast provided was delicious.

While everything else was fine, there is still room for improvement in certain areas.

Spent the most wonderful Xmas at this hotel! The food was amazing; we had so many options and all of them were delicious. Loved the location too! It was very convenient for exploring the city and experiencing all the local sights. The staff was exceptional - they were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist in any way possible. The room was clean and comfortable with all the necessary amenities.

There were a few things that could have been better. The swimming pool needed some cleaning, and there were some feathers and dirt in it.

The staff was excellent and always went out of their way to make sure our needs were met.

Nothing to not like.

We were initially concerned about the cleanliness of the pool, as there were feathers on the surface. the staff promptly cleaned it as soon as they saw us approaching. They even checked the filter and ensured it was ready for us to swim in.

The hotel's location is very convenient as it is situated in the main market. the staff were accommodating and the food served in the restaurant was tasty. They also allowed guests to order food in their room.

Some guests complained about uncleanliness in the pool area.

The food was very nice, with a restaurant on-site offering delicious meals. The staff were accommodating, providing a hassle-free early check-in and excellent customer service. They even prepared and served a special request for us. The overall experience with the staff was the best we've had as a couple.
